These Terms govern use of dealsense.co.in. By creating an account, accessing the service or paying, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About the service

DealSense-NoteSphere is an online digital notebook and writing workspace. Users can organise classes, subjects, lessons and pages; create handwritten notes, short notes and mind maps; and access their workspace online.

2. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate account information and keep login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Do not impersonate others or use the service unlawfully.

3. Free and paid access

Some account and viewing functionality may be available without payment. The current paid offer is ₹200 INR for 30 days of editing access. The payment is one-time, not an automatic recurring charge or UPI AutoPay mandate. A new payment is required for another access period.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Cashfree or another provider displayed at checkout. An order is treated as paid only after our payment verification confirms it. Pending or failed payments may not activate editing access. Never share your UPI PIN, card PIN or CVV with us.

5. Customer content

You retain responsibility for notes, handwriting, images and other content you create or upload, and must have the rights needed to use it. You permit us to host, store, process and display it as necessary to operate, secure and support the service. Keep independent copies of important material.

6. Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, interfere with other users or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Availability and changes

We may update features and perform maintenance. Network issues, third-party outages or events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, address security risks or comply with law. Refund requests are handled under our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to terms

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdiction rules.
